*Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Payments can be made by Visa/Mastercard/American Express or by wire transfer
Cancellation policy is as follows:
45 days cancellation forfeit 10% of your payment
30 days cancellation forfeit 50% of your payment
48 hours cancellation forfeit full amount.
Exclusion of Liability:
The owners of Plantation Beach Villas accept no liability for guests and their belongings for the duration of their stay. It is the responsibility of the guests to take out appropriate insurances and otherwise to take measures to ensure their safety and protection during their stay.
